Shift Consciousness and Energetics— 

— Understanding how energetics and consciousness impact mental health and well-being requires recognizing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and energy

— Every person and experience carries a vibrational frequency. High-frequency states—such as joy, love, and peace—are associated with mental clarity, emotional stability, and overall well-being. On the other hand, low-frequency emotions like fear, sadness, and anger can lower one’s vibrational state, affecting mental and emotional health

— Our mental state influences our energetic frequency. A person with a calm, centered mind often radiates a higher energy vibration, which can positively affect their environment and relationships

— Consciousness influences the mind’s ability to regulate the body, and vice versa. Chronic stress or anxiety, for example, can shift consciousness toward constant worry, which then disrupts hormonal and chemical balances in the brain, leading to mental health challenges

— The more conscious we are of our inner world—our thoughts, emotions, and subconscious patterns—the better equipped we are to heal

Connecting to Authenticity and Self-Worth— 

— When we learn that every action, relationship, and belief is connected to our self-worth and authenticity, we           are mirrored back a different reality; one that challenges us to question how we truly view ourselves and what       we actually desire to experience

 

Identifying Outdated Belief Programming— 

— Is that belief about yourself, the one you're clinging to, even your own? 

— what messages have you picked up along your journey?

— Noticing poor/false beliefs that underlie patterns of thought and behavior

— Understanding the power of the subconscious in directing our conscious life 

 

Understanding Personal Attachment Style— 

— How does, say, anxious attachment influence our perception of others, our beliefs about self; impacting how         we emotionally experience events, respond, and behave?

— Navigating Romance and partnerships through an attachment theory lens 

— Locating areas and opportunities of secure attachment in everyday relationships

Restructuring Inner Child/Family

— Our inner child is active and with us at all times, but can you notice where they are showing up in daily life?           Our triggers are the blessings that point us to where we bleed.

— By parenting our inner child we provide the safety, stability, and emotional support needed to have a healed         versus dysregulated or outdated response. 

 

Crafting a relationship with Neurodivergence— 

— Neurodivergence just refers to processing a bit differently than “typical” individuals 

— Main areas where Neurodivergence shows up: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety disorders, and       Trauma induced symptoms/challenges.

— Neurodivergence manifests in a myriad of ways but mostly we tend to just tick a little differently… That might         mean our daily functioning is slightly difficult or needs to be tailored to how we process and attune to others         and information.
