I created 'coming home to us ' as a reflection point of everything i know and care about.

I could tell you all about my clinical training (there's a lot), or i could tell you about the lived experience and the freedom that arrives at the seat of of coming home to self, to community--to the connective tissues that make us, us.

 And i suppose i could tell you about what it took to get here. But frankly, i think 'it" was always here. (you are considered two weeks pregnant prior to conception, those two weeks where life precedes life. )

I could also share my passion for helping others, but my purpose being so much more rich and defined around empowerment-- creating embodied solutions, in assisting women in their translation of unrefined chaos into coherence and joy.

A mentor had asked me to go back and identify my why again. The why's have started to taste rowdy and realer than ever.
