Psychotherapy Intensive
Self Surgery
A structured and immersive 1:1 program designed to return you to you.
We understand that complex trauma, the human condition, and the cumulative weight of life experiences leave residue on the psyche.
Over time, this residue can crystallise into beliefs, behaviours, identities, and survival mechanisms that once served a purpose but now disconnect us from our life-force, intuition, and innate way of being.
This program is designed to strip back the layers that no longer belong, revealing the essence that has always existed beneath conditioning and adaptation. Through deep inquiry, nervous system awareness, and transformative pattern work, we create the conditions for profound internal change and lasting self-reclamation.

Psychotherapy: The Traditionalist
The Traditionalist is offered as an à la carte series of individual 1:1 sessions, designed to support flexibility, personalisation, and practical skill development based on your needs and goals.
This program is well-suited for individuals seeking traditional psychotherapy delivered within an insurance model framework, with a focus on emotional wellbeing, resilience, and evidence-informed psychological skill-building for everyday life.
The Traditionalist is designed for individuals who want clear, usable tools to better understand and manage stress, emotional responses, and behavioural patterns. This program focuses on building foundational skills that support stability, consistency, and improved functioning across work, relationships, and daily living.

Psychotherapy Intensive
Dynamic Beings
A structured and immersive 1:1 program for individuals seeking to understand and work with a highly responsive system.
Whether your experience includes ADHD, anxiety, relational anxiety, emotional intensity, or difficulties with momentum, self-esteem, and regulation, this program is designed to help you understand the unique way your mind, body, and nervous system interact with the world around you.
Many individuals with highly responsive systems spend years attempting to function within environments, expectations, and structures that fail to account for the way they process information, emotions, relationships, and stress.
Over time, this can contribute to overwhelm, self-criticism, inconsistency, relational difficulties, and a fractured sense of identity.
What is often interpreted as dysfunction is frequently the consequence of a nervous system that has learned to remain vigilant, adaptive, and highly attuned to its environment.
